I am a globally experienced senior executive and management consultant with more than 30 years’ experience shaping strategic change across Australasia, Europe, the United States, Latin America and Africa.
I partner with senior leaders, CXOs and Boards to design and deliver operating model, organisation design and workforce transformations that turn strategy into practical outcomes. My experience includes 17 years with Deloitte, alongside senior leadership roles at SABMiller, Fletcher Building and BNZ.
I have worked across global private sector organisations, large national businesses, government agencies and not-for-profits, including Wrigley, Gillette, BP Refining & Marketing, Castrol, the NHS, New Zealand’s Ministry for Primary Industries, Lotto NZ, OSPRI and Visionwest Community Trust.
Since founding my independent consulting business in November 2020, I have continued to support major clients including Fonterra, Air New Zealand, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, Fisher & Paykel Appliances, NZ Post, the University of Auckland, Genesis and TSB.
This breadth of experience helps me bring fresh perspective, practical insight and proven pattern recognition to complex transformation challenges.

My approach is collaborative and practical. I work with senior leaders as both consultant and thought partner, helping them shape the right path forward, build internal capability, and take focused action to achieve sustainable outcomes.
I support clients through strategic operating model reviews, operating model design and transition, workforce strategy development, and strategic workforce planning.
